Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our Internal IT team. This role focuses on managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance. You will collaborate closely with the local and group IT teams to maintain seamless operations and deliver excellent support to our employees.
You work from our Prague office with the option for an occasional home office within the Czech Republic. You will collaborate closely with our Internal IT team and report to the Head of Windows. This role is a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration, allowing you to leave your mark on a fast-evolving infrastructure.

Your Tasks
As IT Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Windows Server OS, workstations, and office networks.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and Office 365 environments.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain corporate software and IT equipment (e.g., laptops, desktops, and printers).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and decommissioning IT assets.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Document IT systems, configurations, and processes to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and streamline IT processes.
Professionally, we expect you to have
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Basic networking knowledge, including VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
It is a plus if you have
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platform
- Exposure to ITSM tools and ITIL best practices.
- Background in supporting hybrid IT environments.
